Promote and explain gold & silver coin/biscuit vending machines to mall customers
Assist customers with machine usage, product selection, and purchase queries
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and maintenance of the vending machine area
Handle basic customer concerns and escalate technical issues to the support team
Maintain daily sales reports and update records accurately
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the company
Average to good English communication
Good customer interaction and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer service
Presentable and polite behaviour
9 to 10 hours straight shift
Week off between Monday to Thursday
Comfortable standing and engaging with customers throughout the shift
15,000 to 20,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)
