Key Responsibilities: Actively promote & sell KisaanSay Products to customers. Carry out dry and wet sampling in the store to initiate activations and Sales Sample and explain product features, benefits, to potential buyers. Ensure the POSM material is well displayed in the Shop
Achieve Sales Targets Greet customers confidently and recommend suitable products based on their needs. Explain product USPs clearly (origin, quality, health benefits, price value). Maintain shelf availability, refill stock, and ensure display compliance (planogram/FIFO). Conduct regular stock checks and immediately report shortages or damages. Build and maintain strong relations with Reliance store staff and managers. Execute product demos, sampling and promotions to boost sales and conversions. Capture customer queries, feedback, competitor insights, and share daily with reporting manager. Achieve assigned daily/weekly sales and visibility targets. Skill Sets Expected o Confident communicator with strong customer service skills o Smart, well-groomed and active in-store presence o Good relationship management with retail teams o Basic knowledge of FMCG / retail sales preferred o Comfortable using smartphone apps for daily reporting Understanding of stock and display management
