Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding across Corporate, Plant, R&D, and CRO verticals
  • Proactively

    source high-quality candidates

    through diverse channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, campus outreach, and consultant networks
  • Conduct

    preliminary screening

    of resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates based on role-specific qualifications, regulatory exposure, and pharma domain relevance
  • Own and drive recruitment for

    assigned positions

    , ensuring timely closure through structured follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and hiring manager coordination
  • Build and maintain

    strong partnerships with department heads

    , hiring managers, and functional leads to understand evolving manpower needs and role specifications
  • Facilitate

    technical and behavioral assessments

    , aligning with pharma-specific competencies, GMP awareness, regulatory compliance, and cultural fit
  • Ensure

    accurate and timely offer generation

    , documentation handover, and onboarding coordination with HR and compliance teams
  • Maintain and update

    recruitment dashboards

    , candidate trackers, and hiring status reports for weekly leadership reviews
  • Collaborate with HR to , interview scorecards, and onboarding templates
  • Support

    internship hiring and documentation

    , including offer letters, completion certificates, and HR communication
  • Monitor and analyze

    recruitment KPIs

    such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition trends
  • Ensure

    compliance with internal SOPs

    and external regulatory guidelines during hiring and onboarding processes
  • Participate in

    talent branding initiatives
