Job Role & Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:

• Identify and source candidates through local networks, job fairs, and community engagement.
• Use internal databases, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and vendor references.

Screening & Shortlisting:

• Conduct telephonic or face-to-face interviews to assess basic eligibility (skills, willingness, location preference, and shift flexibility).
• Maintain candidate records and update status regularly.

Coordination & Scheduling:

• Coordinate interviews with client companies or internal hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure their timely joining and documentation.

Documentation:

• Assist candidates in completing KYC and joining formalities.
• Collect documents like ID proof, address proof, education, and bank details.

Reporting:

• Maintain daily and weekly MIS reports on recruitment status.
• Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding updates.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication and people-handling skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)
• Prior experience in blue-collar/volume hiring is a plus
