Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and field-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to join our hiring team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery boys across multiple locations through both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: Source delivery boys through field activities, community outreach, referrals, local job fairs, and tie-ups with training institutes. Manage walk-in drives, local mobilization campaigns, and WhatsApp-based job promotion. Screen candidates based on job requirements, verify documents, and conduct basic orientation. Coordinate interviews, onboarding documentation, and training schedules. Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets as per business requirements. Maintain candidate database and provide daily recruitment status reports. Build a strong pipeline of active and passive delivery candidates for future needs. Key Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, especially in delivery hiring. Strong networking and field mobilization skills. Familiarity with sourcing platforms like OLX, WorkIndia, Apna, Naukri, and local WhatsApp groups. Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and documentation. Self-driven and target-oriented. Ability to speak local language and Hindi. Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass. Graduation preferred.     Salary: Insert Salary Range(20,000 Rs/ – 22,000) + Incentives Monthly based on OKR (3000 Rs/ – 4000) + Quarterly (6000 Rs/ – 9000)
