Role Overview: As a Blue Collar Recruiter based in Noida, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring blue collar workers for various projects. Your daily tasks will include job posting, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. It will be your duty to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
