Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online sourcing techniques. Understanding of local labor laws and employment regulations in India.
