As a Sales / Tele Sales Executive in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in our team by actively generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include promoting products/services through outbound calls, converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities, and generating leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals. You will be required to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, achieve sales targets, and maintain a CRM database of clients. Building strong customer relationships, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Your ability to handle objections confidently, close deals, and utilize basic computer knowledge along with MS Office/CRM tools will be essential. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented, as well as having a high level of patience and resilience in a fast-paced environment, will contribute to your success in this role.,
