Business Development Executive Preschools

As an Executive/ Assistant Manager in Business Development for Preschools at MetroRide Kids (MRK), your role will involve spearheading the preschool onboarding efforts in Hyderabad. This field-intensive position requires you to generate leads, meet with preschool decision-makers, and establish partnerships to enhance the commuting experience for young children. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads from preschools across Hyderabad. - Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with preschool owners and principals. - Confidently and convincingly pitch MRK's value proposition. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with preschool stakeholders. - Achieve monthly onboarding and closure targets. - Provide valuable market feedback to enhance offerings and strategy. Requirements: - 13 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven. - Familiarity with the Hyderabad preschool ecosystem. - Must own a vehicle for field visits.
