As a Blue Collar Recruiter at AsalJobs in Delhi (Work From Office - WFO), you will be part of a leading recruitment solutions provider, specializing in blue collar, white collar, and overseas manpower hiring. Your primary role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and more. You will be responsible for tasks including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding suitable candidates, and coordinating with clients to understand and meet their manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of recruitment for blue collar roles, including skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers. - Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and field recruitment drives. - Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with potential candidates. - Build and maintain candidate pipelines for bulk hiring projects. - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their manpower needs and ensure timely closures. - Maintain recruitment reports and databases to track progress effectively. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in blue collar or bulk hiring recruitment, with a strong sourcing network and understanding of the blue collar workforce. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Experience with job portals, field recruitment, and vendor management would be advantageous. This is a full-time position at our office in Delhi, with a salary as per market standards.
