Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 1 years specifically in high-volume or mass hiring environments (e.g., BPO, retail, contact centers, manufacturing). Proven track record of successfully filling a large number of roles within aggressive timelines. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with ATS is a plus. Demonstrated experience with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and professional networking. Our internship program typically runs May thru August and gives students the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to the success of their team and build on their classroom experience.
