As a seasoned HR professional with a passion for people and organization building, you will play a crucial role in developing high-performance teams and organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 8-12 years of hands-on experience in human resources, focusing on building high-performance teams and organizations. - Proven track record of hiring talent across functions and levels. - Experience in developing and implementing onboarding, talent management, and performance management programs. - Prior experience with startups known for their high-performance culture or well-established MNCs in India. - Appreciation for startup culture and entrepreneurial ways of doing things. - Experience working with founder-led companies will be highly preferred. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Your qualifications should include extensive experience in operations management, specifically in logistics, supply chain, field operations, quick commerce, and 3PL providers. You should have a track record of successfully leading large-scale operations teams in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should possess: - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives. - Experience in operation research and planning principles, with a focus on capacity planning and service level management. - Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience through efficient and reliable operations. - Ability to anticipate customer needs and drive initiatives to exceed expectations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - Innovative thinker with a passion for driving operational innovation and agility. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and implement creative solutions to address challenges.,
