Role & responsibilities Partner with Product teams to establish and scale a robust Product Analytics practice for Global Products by implementing best practices for analytics, reporting, and dashboarding. Manage every aspect of a high-performing team of Product Analysts and Data Analysts. Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented, and healthy team culture in partnership with other Managers in the Data Science team. Generate actionable insights through advanced analytics to shape product strategy and inform decision-making processes. Help define and track Product OKRs, KPIs, platform usage metrics, system stability, and overall business impact. Support Product Roadmaps by Leverage data-driven insights to guide feature, product, and platform discovery, scoping, and prioritization. Explore new datasets and uncover their potential value in enhancing our product offerings. Work closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics requirements for new features and product enhancements. Develop a comprehensive understanding of media products and the ad-tech domain to refine use cases for existing products. Preferred candidate profile 8-10 years of experience in solving business problems and delivering actionable insights. People management experience with growing careers Strong experience with SQL, Python, and Visualisation Tools Experience in delivering Analytics projects leveraging Analytics toolkits (EDA, Data Analysis etc), as well as Product analytics. Experience in defining BI framework and working on large data sets. Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload. Strong organizational abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Comfortable working within an agile framework in a fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to explore new technologies and languages and ability to grasp and learn quickly. Bachelors or masters degree in any engineering discipline / MBA
