Job Description

As the Manager, Knowledge Management and Training (KMT), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company's knowledge base is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible across the organization. Your responsibilities include curating, organizing, and maintaining all relevant information related to products, services, processes, and industry trends. Additionally, you will lead efforts to design and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on enhancing their skills and knowledge in their respective roles. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a centralized knowledge base that contains information on products, services, processes, and industry best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and verify information, ensuring accuracy and relevance, is a key aspect of this role. Analyzing data and metrics to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement within the organization is also part of your responsibilities. Your role involves facilitating the creation of a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization and implementing platforms and tools to encourage collaboration and information exchange. Designing and delivering training programs for new employees, covering essential job functions, company policies, and industry-specific knowledge, is crucial. You will also be updating training curriculum regularly to reflect changes in processes, products, and market dynamics. Providing ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing questions and concerns related to knowledge management and training, is an essential part of your role. Leading training initiatives for the inside sales team, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles, is also a key responsibility. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary is part of your duties. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in knowledge management, training, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce, automobile, or tech sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, is important. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required. A passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices is also necessary. Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.,
