Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager, Knowledge Management and Training (KMT) at Droom, you will be instrumental in ensuring the organization's knowledge base is thorough, current, and easily accessible. Your primary responsibilities will include curating, organizing, and maintaining all relevant information related to products, services, processes, and industry trends. Moreover, you will spearhead the development and execution of training initiatives for both new and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in their respective roles. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base encompassing data on products, services, processes, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with various teams to collect and validate information, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. - Analyze data and metrics to pinpoint knowledge gaps and areas for enhancement within the organization. - Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing across the organization. - Implement platforms and tools to foster collaboration and information sharing. - Design and conduct training programs for new employees, covering essential job functions, company policies, and industry-specific knowledge. - Regularly update training curriculum to reflect changes in processes, products, and market dynamics. - Provide continuous support and guidance to employees, addressing queries and issues related to knowledge management and training. - Lead training initiatives for the inside sales team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in knowledge management, training, or a related field, preferably within the e-commerce, automobile, or tech sectors. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely. - Strong analytical acumen, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. - Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. - Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly advantageous.,
