Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design sourcing strategies.

• Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking.

• Handle hiring across

  IT (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) and Non-IT domains such as HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

• Maintain hiring metrics and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources with 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience.

• Preferably from a product-based / SaaS / technology company.

• Proven track record of handling IT and Non-IT recruitment in equal measurecomfortable sourcing and closing roles in both areas.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English Kannada or Tamil and Hindi is a must.
