Job Title: Campaign Manager (B2B Demand Generation | US Market)


  • Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office – 5 Days)

About the Role


We are looking for a results-oriented Campaign Manager to lead our multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance-driven platforms.


You will take complete ownership of paid and organic campaigns — from ideation, budgeting, and execution to optimization and ROI tracking, with a primary focus on the US market.


Experience in Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Distribution industries will be a strong plus.


This is an in-office position (Ambattur, Chennai) where you’ll work closely with a passionate marketing team driving measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Paid Campaign Management


• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and other B2B ad platforms. • Own the end-to-end campaign journey — strategy, audience segmentation, creative direction, ad execution, and performance reporting.

• Manage and optimize monthly marketing budgets to maximize ROI and conversion rates.

• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, CTAs, and landing pages to improve lead quality.

• Continuously monitor KPIs (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROI) and ensure data-backed decision-making.

• Collaborate with the content, creative, and analytics teams to deliver aligned messaging and measurable campaign outcomes.


Organic & Email Campaigns


• Design and execute email marketing workflows and nurture sequences targeting awareness and consideration stages.

• Segment and personalize campaigns using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).

• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize based on engagement insights.

• Support organic initiatives such as LinkedIn organic campaigns, YouTube engagement, and newsletters to boost mid-funnel engagement.


Marketing Tools & Automation


• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation tools such as Octopus CRM, Closely, Expandi, or similar for outreach and engagement.

• Familiarity with lead enrichment and prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.

• Awareness of versatile marketing automation tools with AI capabilities — able to evaluate, implement, and leverage automation for campaign efficiency and personalization.

• Work cross-functionally with data and sales teams to ensure clean, enriched lead pipelines for campaigns.


Reporting & Optimization


• Build and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards to measure campaign health, ROI, and lead quality.

• Track attribution and campaign performance across paid and organic channels.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving performance, targeting, and creative strategies.


Requirements


• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing B2B paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube).

• Proven expertise in handling marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI in the US B2B market.

• Experience in building and optimizing multi-stage funnel campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).

• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) and AI-enhanced tools.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn automation (Octopus CRM, Closely, Expandi) and prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo.io).

• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM dashboards.

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills for audience-specific messaging.

• Industry experience in F&B, Manufacturing, or Distribution is a strong advantage.

• Must be willing to work on-site, 5 days a week at Ambattur, Chennai.
