Job Description

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-value, multi-platform social media campaigns, managing both execution and client expectations. Your role is crucial in establishing trusted client relationships by proactively sharing market trends, platform updates, and creative opportunities. Additionally, you will mentor junior managers to uphold consistency and quality of delivery, while providing strategic input to align campaign direction with brand goals and evolving audience behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale and high-value campaigns across multiple social media platforms - Mentor junior campaign managers and campaign managers to ensure their development and high client satisfaction - Collaborate with Account Managers & Business Head to align campaign strategies with broader goals - Manage client relationships at a strategic level, providing consultative inputs - Act as the central hub: align strategists narrative, media plan, content creation, and client needs - Anticipate campaign risks and troubleshoot issues before they escalate - Drive campaign insights, ensuring final reports demonstrate measurable impact - Ensure campaign narratives remain consistent with creative strategists direction - Translate market and platform trends into actionable campaign opportunities - Oversee the quality of team outputs and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: - Strategic thinking in designing campaigns aligned with client objectives - Advanced understanding of organic social media strategies - Expertise in trend spotting and integrating them into brand campaigns - Client satisfaction and retention strategies - Strong negotiation skills with creators, vendors, and stakeholders - Client leadership - being a trusted advisor beyond execution - Handling escalations with BD, strategists, and clients with authority - Ensuring cross-team communication flows seamlessly (BD - Strategy - Content - Media) - Mentoring junior campaign managers in coordination and reporting Soft Skills: - Communication (verbal and written) - Leadership - Teamwork - Adaptability - Problem-solving - Professionalism - Work ethic - Cultural fit Experience & Background: - Work Experience: 3-5 years in social media marketing or influencer marketing - Mandatory: Extensive industry knowledge to leverage insights for successful campaigns - Industry Domains: Experience in the marketing field is required In summary, this role requires you to lead high-value, multi-platform campaigns, manage senior client relationships, align internal teams with strategic direction, and ensure campaign delivery meets business objectives.
