Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Business Development person to act as the operational engine behind our U.S. sales team. It is a hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) role dedicated to accelerating the sales cycle.


You will be responsible for supporting senior sales executives by managing the opportunities in the sales funnel. Your primary focus will be removing friction from the sales process by owning pre-sales collateral, crafting winning proposals, managing pricing structures, and overseeing the contracting process. You will serve as the critical bridge between the Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure deals are structured correctly and closed efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Sales Methodology Certification: Training or certification in SPIN Selling or The Challenger Sale is preferred.

● Familiarity with U.S. healthcare contracting standards and compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2).

● Experience interacting with Legal and Finance teams to finalize complex enterprise software agreements.

● Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including value-based care and risk adjustment concepts.
