About the Role -

This role is NOT “order taking”.

pure outbound prospecting + pipeline creation

• Media & Advertising (primary)
• Agentic AI & Digital Avatars
• Holographic Deployments in Enterprise Spaces

What you'll do?

• Identify and prospect target Brands, Media buyers, Decision-makers, Agencies, and Enterprise stakeholders.
• Run

  structured outbound outreach

  via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and relationship building.

• Build conversations for:

- HXR Advertising Network

- Holographic deployments

- Agentic AI solutions

• Generate qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities for the Sales Lead.
• Execute

  account-based outreach

  for high-value accounts.
• Build and manage prospect lists using data tools.
• Maintain pipeline discipline in Zoho CRM.
• Work closely with leadership on targeting strategy and GTM execution.

Ideal Profile -

• 2–4 years as

  BDR / Lead Gen / Media Sales / Agency Outreach / AdTech / SaaS outbound

  .
• Proven experience in

  outbound prospecting & opening doors

  .
• Strong confidence in cold calling & business conversations.
• Comfortable talking to senior stakeholders (Marketing Heads, CXOs, Media Buyers, Innovation Heads).
• Excellent written & spoken communication.
• Startup mindset – Proactive, Energetic, Execution-driven.
