We’re building a mobile-first ecosystem where customers can explore curated in-person experiences, pay using any UPI/payment method, and earn universal loyalty points redeemable across our network of boutiques, salons, cafés, gyms, and more. For businesses, Hubb acts as a full-stack growth engine, offering better visibility, personalized offers, and data-driven retention tools — all in one platform. We’re currently piloting in Delhi NCR with early partners across fashion, food, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. Role Description We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern to join our founding team in Delhi NCR. As a Sales Intern, you’ll be at the frontlines of our merchant acquisition efforts — identifying leads, making cold calls, pitching Hubb to small business owners, and helping us scale our partner network. This is a paid, full-time internship (on-site) and a great opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain hands-on startup experience, and contribute to something truly game-changing in the local commerce space. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to local businesses (cafés, salons, boutiques, gyms, etc.) to pitch Hubb Build and manage a pipeline of potential merchant leads using field visits, phone calls, and online tools Set up and attend in-person or virtual demo meetings with business owners Understand merchant needs and clearly articulate Hubb’s value proposition Maintain daily call logs and conversion reports Assist in onboarding businesses onto the Hubb platform Collaborate with the sales team to improve pitch decks, feedback loops, and sales processes
