Role Description

Business Development Manager

full-time, on-site position

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through 

  field visits, cold calls, and referrals

   across cafés, salons, gyms, and boutiques.
• Pitch Hubb to business owners, understand their challenges, and 

  convert interest into successful onboardings

  .
• Conduct 

  product demos

   and guide merchants through account activation on the Hubb platform.
• Manage and update a 

  sales pipeline

  , maintain daily activity logs, and report conversions accurately.
• Collaborate with the founding team to 

  refine sales strategy, territory plans, and outreach messaging

  .
• Represent Hubb professionally across the local business community and act as the face of the brand in your assigned region.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience

   in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition (B2B preferred).
• Excellent 

  communication skills

   with the ability to build trust quickly.
• High energy and comfort with 

  field sales

   — this is a fully on-ground role, not remote.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a focus on 

  closing deals

  .
• Self-starter attitude with hunger to learn, grow, and own results.
• Prior experience in 

  retail tech, fintech, SaaS, or merchant partnerships

   is a plus.
