Hubb is a discovery and rewards platform that helps local businesses drive more footfall and build lasting customer loyalty without relying on discounts or expensive digital ads. We're building a mobile-first ecosystem where customers can explore curated in-person experiences, pay using any UPI/payment method, and earn universal loyalty points redeemable across our network of boutiques, salons, cafs, gyms, and more.

For businesses, Hubb acts as a full-stack growth engine, offering better visibility, personalized offers, and data-driven retention tools all in one platform. We're currently piloting in Delhi NCR with early partners across fashion, food, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.

Role Description

We're looking for aSales & Marketing Intern

This is a paid, full-time internship (on-site) a great opportunity to work directly with the founders, gain hands-on startup experience, and contribute to something truly game-changing in the local commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Make outbound cold calls and visits to local businesses (cafs, salons, boutiques, gyms, etc.) to pitch Hubb
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential merchant leads using field visits, phone calls, and online tools
  • Set up and attend in-person or virtual demo meetings with business owners
  • Assist in onboarding businesses onto the Hubb platform
  • Maintain daily call logs and conversion reports

Marketing & Content

  • Create and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram) to highlight Hubb, our merchants, and market insights
  • Assist in scripting and editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to explain Hubb and showcase success stories
  • Support marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer adoption and merchant visibility
  • Collaborate with the team to refine brand messaging and improve pitch decks, content calendars, and feedback loops

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and startups
  • Comfortable making cold calls and pitching ideas confidently
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging social media content
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing is a plus
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
