Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Freelance Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospects, cultivating client relationships, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to optimize outreach, and preparing regular sales reports. Qualifications Experience in sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify sales opportunities. Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and clients effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing and business processes. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in recruitment or HR technology industry is an advantage.
