Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating leasing agreements. The Sales Business Development professional will guide clients through every step of the process, collaborating closely to match their specific business needs with the right commercial properties. Regular client engagement and delivering exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and developing strategies to expand the client base.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, or business development is an advantage.
