Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet targets. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor KPIs. 3. Handle client queries and maintain strong customer relationships. 4. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and deal negotiations. 5. Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and timely deal closures. 6. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. 7. Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive business growth.
