Sales Team Leader

JOB TITLE - SALES TEAM LEADER LOCATION - JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI SALARY - Rs. 25,000-35,000 + INCENTIVES ( Rs- 5000/-) Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Travel Consultants to achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Monitor daily activities of the team, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members. Resolve escalated client queries and complaints professionally. Review and approve tour packages, quotations, and travel itineraries prepared by consultants. Maintain accurate records of bookings, client communications, and team performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth workflow. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation. Conduct team meetings to discuss targets, updates, and motivation. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years experience in travel consultancy, preferably with 1+ year in a supervisory/leadership role. Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, including visas, hotels, and airlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate a team and manage performance effectively. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online booking platforms. Result-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
