We partner with cafés, salons, fashion stores, gyms, and local brands to help them acquire and retain customers through smart rewards, intelligent discovery, and better on-ground engagement. We’re a fast-moving early-stage startup building for India’s next wave of local commerce.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable with high-volume outreach, and wants to build a career in sales at an early-stage startup.
• Research and identify potential merchant leads across F&B, retail, wellness, and lifestyle categories
• Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups to introduce Hubb
• Qualify merchants based on interest, business fit, and readiness
• Clearly communicate Hubb’s value proposition in short, effective conversations
• Schedule and align meetings or demos between merchants and the BD/founding team
• Maintain accurate lead data, call logs, and follow-up notes in CRM or tracking tools
• Hit daily/weekly outreach and meeting-setting targets
• Share feedback from merchant conversations with the sales and product teams
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR, or lead generation roles
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
• Confident, persistent, and goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and disciplined with tracking leads and conversations
• Interest in startups, consumer tech, or local businesses is a plus
