Key Responsibilities


Marketing List Management

  • Build, clean, and manage segmented marketing lists for targeted outreach campaigns using tools such as

  • Analyze client and prospect data to identify trends and create optimized lists tailored to industries, personas, or services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align list-building efforts with GTM strategies.


Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into MQLs using tools like

    Lemlist, Mailshake, Reply.io, Woodpecker, GMass,

    and

    Zoho Marketing Automation

    .
  • Create email templates and personalized messaging for diverse target audiences.
  • Implement A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and email content to optimize engagement.
  • Monitor deliverability and campaign performance using tools such as

    Warmbox.ai, MXToolbox, Google Postmaster Tools, Sender Score,

    and

    Postmark

    , and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.


LinkedIn Outreach

  • Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers in target industries using

    Reply.io

  • Personalize connection requests, follow-ups, and InMail messages to maximize response rates.
  • Track outreach effectiveness and adjust strategies based on analytics and data-driven insights.

    hashtag strategy, engaging posts, LinkedIn Groups, and optimal posting times

    , to increase visibility and engagement.


Marketing Automation & Campaigns

  • Use marketing automation tools such as

    Zoho Marketing Automation, HubSpot, Marketo

    to create workflows for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Automate follow-ups and multi-channel outreach with tools like

    Lemlist, Mailshake, Reply.io,

    and

    Woodpecker

  • Integrate CRM systems (e.g.,

    Zoho CRM, Salesforce

    ) with email and LinkedIn campaigns to ensure seamless data flow and lead tracking.


Intent and Social Signals

  • Monitor intent signals and social activity using tools such as

    to enhance targeting and engagement strategies.
  • Use insights to align campaigns with current trends and audience needs.


Lead Management & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of MQLs for further engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of lead-generation campaigns, including metrics such as MQL conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Use visualization tools like

    Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion,

    and

    Data Studio (Looker)

    to organize data and present actionable insights.


Collaboration

  • Partner with content creators to align messaging and CTAs with target personas.
  • Work closely with the CRM and digital marketing teams to integrate outreach efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

    for streamlined communication.


Qualifications


Experience

  • 2–3 years in lead generation, marketing automation, or GTM roles.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g.,

    HubSpot, Zoho Marketing Automation, Marketo, 6sense

    ).
  • Familiarity with prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g.,

    Apollo.io, Clay, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo

    ).
  • Expertise in CRM integration (e.g.,

    Zoho CRM, Salesforce

    ).
  • Strong command of email and LinkedIn outreach platforms (e.g.,

    Lemlist, Mailshake, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    ).


Analytical Skills

  • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies using tools like

Communication

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging.
