Recruitment Executive

Alyne.io is hiring a Recruitment Executive. Alyne is a lean digital studio that ships marketing websites for US and EU clients at startup speed. Half our projects launch on page-builder frameworks; the rest demand custom code, headless WordPress, or AI-driven features. We automate everything repeatable so developers can focus on craft, not drudgery. Salary - Up to ₹30,000/month Location - Remote Timming - 5pm IST to 2am IST Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Post job ads across relevant platforms and manage incoming applications. Source candidates using a variety of methods (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.). Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and communication. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Stay updated with hiring trends, tools, and best practices.  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques. Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
