Responsibilities


  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media

  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
  • Proven track record in full lifecycle recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
  • Experience in both tech and non-tech recruitment.


Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitments, preferably in the Fintech /BFSI sector.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
