Recruitment executive is responsible for searching candidates from various job portals like naukri, linkedin , timesjobs, foundit etc.
This search is based on Job description and requirement of posts received from client company.
To pre-screen, talk and find suitability of candidates as per requirement.
arranging interview schedule mostly on whatsapp/zoom etc
once selected, get offer letter signed from candidate and processing for joining of the candidate.
to do other work like emails , petty cash etc
Knowledge of Computer and English is must
Even Freshers can apply.
