Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Recruitment Executive. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of the hiring process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with candidates, fostering a positive recruitment experience, and contributing to organizational talent strategy through innovative recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Job Description Development and understanding of job-specific requirements.
• Strong skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates to identify top talent.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles will be an advantage.
