This is a pure commission-only role designed for performance-driven sales professionals. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers across relevant sectors Pitch the right product based on business category & requirement Conduct demos, presentations and conversion-focused discussions Manage end-to-end sales cycle: Prospect ? Demo ? Proposal ? Closure Maintain lead funnel, follow-ups, CRM activity and revenue pipelines Work with delivery team for onboarding, custom requests & workflow mapping Drive renewals, recurring subscriptions, and cross-product upselling Ideal Candidate Prior experience in SaaS / B2B / IT Sales preferred (not mandatory) Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills Ability to understand product value and convert it into a deal A self-starter who thrives without supervision Loves performance-linked rewards over fixed pay Commission Only 20%
