Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications. Maintain site records including daily reports, inspections, and test results. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site. Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays promptly. Coordinate site logistics and the timely delivery of materials and equipment. Support the procurement of materials by preparing take-offs and material lists. Participate in site meetings and contribute to problem-solving and planning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, estimation engineering, and bill checking. Ensure accurate billing and planning processes by coordinating with site engineers and clients. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in planning & billing engineering or a related field (mechanical background preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of billing engineering principles, estimation techniques, and quantity surveying practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
