Role Description

This is a full-time Telesales Representative role based in Chennai. The Telesales Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and build relationships with prospective clients. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing customer queries, actively promoting products and services, and meeting sales targets. The role demands excellent communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective service. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively.
• Customer Service and Support experience to handle inquiries and address customer needs professionally.
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals.
• Capability to participate in and utilize Training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the real estate or hospitality industries is desirable.
