Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and mentor the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure targets are met. They will also be responsible for market research, customer relationship management, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team to align business strategies and promote property listings.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Team Leadership skills
• Market Research and Customer Relationship Management experience
• Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
