We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Telesales & Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for passionate individuals who are driven by a shared vision of growth and success in the real estate sector, rather than focusing solely on salary increments or prestigious company affiliations. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls on fresh leads, converting prospects into site visits, and following up to facilitate deal closures. We prioritize candidates who are committed to long-term collaboration and excellence, with a preference for those from outside Uttar Pradesh to bring diverse perspectives and fresh energy to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Initial Engagement

    : Make outbound calls to fresh leads, introduce our real estate projects, and build initial rapport to gauge interest.
  • Conversion to Site Visits

    : Effectively pitch property features, benefits, and investment potential to convert calls into scheduled site visits, ensuring high conversion rates through persuasive communication and objection handling.
  • Follow-Up and Closure Support

    : Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects post-visit, address queries, provide additional information, and collaborate with the sales closer team to drive deals to successful completion.
  • Customer Success Management

    : Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and generate referrals for sustained business growth.
  • Performance Tracking

    : Monitor and report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and follow-up success to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Team Collaboration

    : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on vision and goals, contributing ideas for process improvements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in telesales, customer success, or sales roles within the real estate industry, with a track record of converting leads to visits and closures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences over the phone.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management software, and basic MS Office applications.
  • High energy, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset to handle rejection and meet daily/weekly targets.
