Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive at [Your Company Name], located in [City / Hybrid / Remote], with 13 years of experience (Real Estate / Digital Marketing Preferred), your role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Performance Marketing Campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. You will be responsible for running Lead Generation Campaigns and reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead). Additionally, you will design/optimize Landing Pages, conduct A/B Testing, manage Leads & Automation via CRM Tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc.), and analyze campaign performance, ROI, conversion tracking to improve funnels. Collaboration with the sales team to generate qualified leads is also a key responsibility. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics Tools. - Experience in running Digital Campaigns for Real Estate Projects (preferred). - Hands-on experience with CRM Platforms (Zoho/Hubspot/Salesforce). - Familiarity with Landing Page Builders (WordPress, Wix, Unbounce, etc.). - Analytical mindset with a target-oriented approach.
