Job Description

Performance Marketing Executive (Mohali) - Infiroi

Performance Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage
Google Ads & Meta Ads
campaigns for clients and internal projects.
Perform
keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
.
Set up and optimize
Search, Display, Performance Max, Lead Gen, and Conversion campaigns
.
Create and test ad copies, creatives, headlines, and CTAs.
Monitor daily performance and optimize for
CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
.
Set up and manage
conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, events)
.
Analyze landing pages and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.
Prepare
basic performance reports
and insights for clients/internal review.
Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams for campaign success.
Support
business development activities
when required:
Assist in audits, strategy notes, and proposal inputs
Help with ad account analysis for potential clients
Stay updated with
Google & Meta ad policies and best practices
.

Requirements

6 months–2 years of experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads
.
Strong understanding of
campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and optimization
.
Experience with
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager
.
Basic understanding of landing pages, funnels, and CRO.
Ability to analyze data and take action, not just report numbers.
Willingness to support
sales / business development
when needed.
Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn.
