Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize
Performance Marketing Campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Run
Lead Generation Campaigns
and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Design/Optimize Landing Pages
and conduct A/B Testing.
Manage Leads & Automation via
CRM Tools
(Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance, ROI, conversion tracking, and improve funnels.
Work closely with the sales team to generate
qualified leads
.

🎯

Requirements

Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics Tools
.
Experience in running
Digital Campaigns for Real Estate Projects
(preferred).
Hands-on experience with
CRM Platforms
(Zoho/Hubspot/Salesforce).
Familiarity with
Landing Page Builders
(WordPress, Wix, Unbounce, etc.).
Analytical mindset with
target-oriented approach
