Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Marketing Manager located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing employer branding strategies, enhancing employee relations, and developing communication plans. The role also involves collaborating with the Human Resources (HR) team to design and implement marketing initiatives that attract and retain top talent.


We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment, training, and performance development for our Sales & Marketing team.

Qualifications :

  • Employer Branding and Marketing skills
  • Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
