Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and close sales over the phone
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Follow up with interested customers to convert leads
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide basic support

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience:
Minimum
6 months
in Tele Sales / Sales / Customer Support
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Language Requirement

English
Hindi
Bengali

Required Skills
