We’re Hiring: Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representative to generate sales and build strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone, addressing customer queries, and contributing directly to the company’s growth.

An ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong persuasion skills, comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, and capable of handling objections and customer concerns with confidence.

Goal of the Role

To help the company grow by acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services using predefined scripts
• Answer customer questions regarding products, services, or the company
• Understand customer needs by asking the right questions and close sales effectively
• Transfer qualified leads to the field sales team when required
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM/database
• Take and process customer orders efficiently
• Handle customer grievances professionally to protect the company’s reputation
• Go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and support future sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and relevant customer information

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, or in a sales/customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably over the phone
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to quickly learn and explain products or services to prospects
• Excellent command of English
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Calm, confident, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) is a plus
