We are now looking for a Sales Team Lead who can both lead and perform — someone who can drive their own sales numbers while managing, motivating, and scaling a team of closers and BDRs. Role Overview The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the sales team, ensuring daily accountability, monitoring performance metrics, and closing deals personally when required. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure the sales process is predictable, data-driven, and aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of closers and business development associates. Key Requirements Experience: 3–6 years in sales; minimum 1–2 years managing a sales team. Industry Background: EdTech, Coaching, or High-Ticket Consulting (preferred).
