Business Development Associates (BDAs)

Role Overview

As a BDA, you’ll handle inbound and outbound leads, run high-quality sales calls, manage your pipeline, and consistently meet your daily and monthly targets. You’ll work closely with the sales team to maintain predictable and data-driven sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution

• Make outbound and inbound calls to qualified leads.
• Handle discovery calls, pitch calls, and follow-ups.
• Close high-ticket products/services (₹40,000+).

2. Lead Management

• Maintain perfect CRM hygiene for all leads.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline progress.
• Update call notes, status changes, and daily activity logs.

3. Performance & Reporting

• Track daily KPIs and meet activity targets.
• Share daily and weekly reports with the team.
• Improve your script delivery and closing skills with coaching.

Daily KRAs / KPIs (Non-Negotiable)

• 80 calls per day

• Minimum 5 hours of active calling

• Daily CRM updates and follow-ups
• Consistent pipeline movement

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of EdTech or Coaching industry experience

  (mandatory).
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Experience selling high-ticket programs preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Driven, disciplined, and comfortable with fast-paced sales.
