Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Surat. The Telesales Representative will actively contact potential customers to share GROWiT’s product offerings, identify customer needs, provide excellent customer service, and convert leads into sales. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product guidance, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets while building and nurturing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Support to interact effectively with potential and existing clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Ability to provide Training and product demonstrations to customers or team members when required.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with agricultural or plasticulture products is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM will be considered an advantage.
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
