Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Representative, located in Gurugram. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate real estate solutions. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating and managing leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties include following up with prospective clients, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport over the phone.
• Experience in Customer Support and resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, sales strategy implementation, and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to learn and apply Training processes and strategies to enhance telesales performance and outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with CRM software or customer management tools is advantageous.
