Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for generating sales from customer database.

2.Calling the clients and Answering phones to explain the product and services offered by the company.

3.Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.

4.Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.

4.Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services.

5.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

6. Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities in CRM .

7.Reporting to your supervisor and updating your lead generation status.

8.Ability to act independently and derive his/her own strategy to generate sales.

9. Attending regular team and sales meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

10.Feedback to senior stakeholders with market insights and offering suggestions on new strategies.

11.Ability to generate database on their based on the industry.

12. Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.

13.Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly target.

Essential Requirements

1. Experience in a telesales role with proven track record of hitting sales targets in the same industry.

2. Strong communication skills and interest in sales& Marketing.

3. Resilient, driven and financially motivated.

4. Fluent in English, Hindi,Tamil and other language is an asset.
