Telesales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell our EdTech courses to prospective students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
• Explain course details, features, benefits, and career outcomes clearly
• Counsel students/parents regarding suitable courses based on their needs
• Follow up on leads and maintain a proper call and sales record
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Maintain CRM updates and report daily performance to the manager
• Build long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional language preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
• Prior experience in EdTech / Telesales / Telecalling is an added advantage

Salary -17,000 to 27,000(Depends upon the Interview)
